These terms apply when you read Central Health Magazine or create a free account.
Central Health Magazine is published by Central Health Magazine, based in Texas, United States ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, please use the site with the permission of a parent or guardian. The site is written for adults and is not directed at children.
You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure. One account is for one person. A free account includes every article, the daily briefing, the crossword, breathwork, issue PDFs and the Sunday Letter.
Everything on the magazine is free while we grow. If we ever introduce paid memberships, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before, and you will never be charged unless you choose a plan yourself. You can close your account at any time by writing to info@centralhealthmag.com.
The articles, issues, puzzles, design and other material on the site belong to Central Health Magazine or the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright. They are for your personal, non commercial reading. You are welcome to share links and short quotations with credit. Please don't republish full articles, share your sign in, copy content in bulk, or use automated tools to scrape the site.
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the site or puts other readers at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
Everything we publish is general information, not medical advice. Please read our medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on what you read here. Where the law does not allow these limits, they apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
